Mckenzie uses a number of techniques and modalities from Swedish Massage, myofascial and trigger point release, to joint mobilizations and a variety of stretching techniques. She is also trained in IASTM which she uses in combination with manual manipulation to be as effective as possible.

In her spare time, Mckenzie enjoys going to the gym, travelling and taking long walks on the beach. If you can’t find her at the gym or on a trip, she is most likely at a new restaurant or coffee shop “testing it out” to tell her clients about it.
