Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to appointments.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice (late cancellation), or miss their appointment (no-show), will be charged a fee equal to the full price of the appointment missed. Patients are required to pay any outstanding balance before booking future appointments.
DIRECT BILLING
All our therapists direct bill to Pacific Blue Cross and all insurance providers covered under the TELUSHealth umbrella (please check your insurance to find out if this is you). MEDAVIE Blue Cross is not the same as Pacific Blue Cross. We do not direct bill to MEDAVIE Blue Cross.
All receipts issued for treatments will have the necessary information for patients to submit to their provider if we do not direct bill to that specific insurer.
*PLEASE NOTE: Therapists do not have access to patients insurance policies. It is the patients responsibility to be aware of any deductibles to be paid, documentation required for treatment submission, and how much coverage they have for the year.
